Established in 2021, Kwa Pretty Student Accommodation is a 100% black-owned and 50% female-owned community situated in Diepkloof Zone 6, just 1km from the University of Johannesburg (Soweto Campus).
Managed by a dedicated live-in caretaker, assisted by cleaning staff and our Manager. We focus on providing a secure, family-friendly environment that fosters academic success. Offering modern, fully furnished options.
